Debt Relief Hotline

A credit and debt counseling session is generally 1 hour in length but this may vary depending on your individual situation and the follow up required to answer your questions.  At any time, you may contact your Debt Counselor and ask further questions or ask for continued advice without charge. In this session, a Debt Specialist counselor will give you a thorough assessment of your finances, an understanding of the consequences of all of your options, and alternatives that may be available to you. Services are available in person, by phone or online.

Fee Policy: There is absolutely no charge to speak with a Debt Counselor at FH Financial. Debt Management Plans do however have fees associated with the program; only if you decide to enroll into a debt management program will you be required to pay the associated fees.  A Debt Specialist Counselor will provide you a written debt elimination plan that will disclose all payments and fees based on the program you decide.
