Thank you for your interest in FH Financial Service to help you eliminate your debt.  When you complete this form, your information is kept in the strictest confidence.  Your information will not be shared with any third party.  We will not conduct a credit check and we will not contact anyone about your inquiry.

When you submit your information, first we will analyze what you submitted to make sure the information is valid.  If you submit invalid name, phone number, or email, your information will be discarded.  All valid requests will be verified and then a unique debt elimination code will be assigned and sent to you by email.

By submitting your request, you are not obligating yourself to anything.  If you wish not to be contacted in the future, you may tell us at anytime and we will respect your request.  We guarantee that your information will never be sold, transferred, exchanged, or transmitted in any way to any other party.

A Debt Counselor will then be assigned to you based on many factors but include the state of residence and the amount of debt you have.  This will ensure that you will be speaking with the most qualified Debt Counselor that can answer your questions and help you find a solution that will eliminate your debt.

The Debt Counselor will make recommendations to you but ultimately, you must make the decision on how to handle your debt. We may even make recommendations that you handle the debt yourself or we may recommend a debt relief option that we need to refer you to someone else.  Before you ever make a commitment or provide any type of banking information, you will have a written Service plan provided to you to review at your leisure.  This is the FH Financial Promise.
