A Limited Power of Attorney is a legal document that gives legal authority to someone or some entity to act as their attorney-in-fact in a specific manner or to perform a specific action. This type of Power of Attorney ends once the specific action or cause has been completed.
FH Financial requires all clients to sign this document so we can negotiate with the clients creditors. Without the assignment of Power of Attorney, the clients creditors are not allowed to speak with the representatives at FH Financial Service. |
